Next, raise the buttocks from the bench in a way so that your body forms a straight line from the heels to the shoulders. This should be followed by lowering the buttocks carefully towards the floor. Again, use the triceps muscles to lift the body to the previous straight position. Never, bend the back while coming back to the straight position. Perform 3 to 4 sets bench dips having 6 to 12 repetitions in each. Take medium weights in your hands and place them in your thighs’ front; your palms must be positioned facing the legs. Now, raise both your arms up to the shoulder level by bending the elbows slightly (the elbows should be lower than the shoulder level). Move the arms straight towards the sides; here also, keep your arms at the shoulder level. As a beginner, perform 3 sets of front raises having 10 repetitions in each. Then, gradually increase the number of repetitions to 20.<br />

Triceps kickbacks:</strong> Stand keeping your feet hip width away from each other. Bend your body slowly in the forward direction from the hips. Your back must be kept flat and the abdominal muscles must be pulled in. As you bend, your torso must become parallel to the ground. Take medium weight in both your hands and bend the elbows to form a 90° angle; the elbows must be kept close to the ribcage. Next, using the triceps straighten the elbows for bringing the weights behind you; then again bring the weights down. This exercise must be performed using slow, controlled motions. For best effects, perform 3 sets of triceps kickbacks having 15 repetitions in each.</p>

Before you serve the chicken, add ½ cup fat-free or low-fat sour cream into it. As you mix the cream, increase the flame. Cook for ten minutes and your Mexican chicken is ready to be served.</p>
